John McMullen
Chief Executive OfficerJohn McMullen is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience across public and private capital markets. He has raised over $100 million across sectors including critical minerals, commodities, technology, energy, and pharmaceuticals, and has led corporate restructurings that generated over $700 million in market capitalization on Canadian exchanges. His career spans executive leadership roles as CEO, President, and COO of multiple public and private companies, with deep expertise in capital markets, M&A, corporate strategy, and investor communications. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.
Dr. Jonathan Hykawy
DirectorDr. Hykawy brings over 25 years of financial services experience with deep specialization in critical materials, technology, and energy transition. A trained physicist and co-recipient of the Breakthrough Prize in Fundamental Physics for his work at the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory, he transitioned into equity analysis, venture capital, and market consulting. As President of Stormcrow Capital, he has advised clients ranging from Fortune Global 500 companies to private equity firms on critical materials strategy, market pricing, and project viability. Dr. Hykawy has founded three Canadian brokerages and played key roles in transactions ranging from six to nine figures. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from Queen's University.
Tyler Burpee
DirectorTyler Burpee is a mining entrepreneur and capital markets professional with over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration, project financing, and resource-focused private equity. He has held senior roles at Canadian merchant banks and investment platforms supporting discovery-stage through development-stage mining assets across cobalt, gold, silver, and base metals. Tyler is a principal investor and director of Catalyst Mines, a critical-minerals exploration company focused on primary cobalt assets in Morocco. He brings deep expertise in corporate development, public company strategy, and critical minerals positioning. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.
